General License Agreement (English)
The purchased model may not be resold or transferred to any other business or individual.
The author of the model is not obligated to assist in any form in case of any issues encountered while using the model and its corresponding open-source code.
Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of the model belong to the author. Purchasing the model only grants usage rights, not ownership.
The purchaser shall not use the model for any illegal activities. Any risks arising from the use of the model and its corresponding open-source code are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and are not related to the model author.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the model and its corresponding open-source code.
Confidentiality: Despite the corresponding source code being open source, the purchaser agrees not to disclose any proprietary parts of the purchased model.
Termination: The author reserves the right to terminate the purchaser's right to use the model if any terms of this agreement are violated.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution: This agreement is governed by the laws of the country/region of the model author and the purchaser. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration/a specific court in a designated location.
Interpretation: The model author reserves the right to interpret all terms of this agreement.
