[Enterprise Pro Subscription] Pix2Text (P2T) V1.1/V1.0 Models

The following models are compatible with Pix2Text (P2T) V1.1 and V1.0.

Three models are included currently:

  1. Pix2Text YoloV7 MFD Model (PyTorch): version-20230613;

  2. Pix2Text MFR Model (PyTorch & ONNX): v1.0;

  3. CnOCR Recognition Model (PyTorch & ONNX): doc-densenet_lite_666-gru_large, ONNX & PyTorch Versions of the model

Difference from Enterprise Basic:

  • Purchasers may use the models for personal or commercial projects, including paid commercial products.

  • More Models are included: MFR Model (PyTorch & ONNX), CnOCR Recognition Model (PyTorch & ONNX). Purchasers may use these models as a starting point for further model training or development with specific data.

  • During the subscription period, purchasers can obtain updated versions of the relevant models free of charge if updates are made.

License Agreement (English)

  1. Purchasers may use the models for personal or commercial projects, including paid commercial projects.

  2. Purchasers are not permitted to resell or transfer the purchased model to any other business or individual.

  3. Purchasers may further train or modify the model. They may use these models as a starting point for further model training or development. However, models obtained through further training of this model cannot be resold or transferred to any other business or individual.

  4. The model creator is under no obligation to assist in any form in case of any issues encountered during the use of the model and corresponding open-source code.

  5. Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of the model belong to the author. Purchasing the model only grants usage rights, not ownership rights.

  6. Purchasers shall not use the model for any illegal activities. Any risks associated with using the model and corresponding open-source code are solely the responsibility of the purchaser and are not related to the model creator.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the model and corresponding open-source code.

  8. Confidentiality: Although the corresponding source code is open source, the purchaser agrees not to disclose any proprietary parts of the purchased model.

  9. Termination Clause: If any terms of this agreement are violated, the author reserves the right to terminate the purchaser's right to use the model.

  10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution: This agreement is governed by the laws of the country/region of the model author and the purchaser. Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration/courts in a specific location.

  11. Interpretation: The right to interpret all terms of this agreement belongs to the model author.

  1. 购买者可以将模型用于个人项目或者商业项目（包括付费商业项目）。

  2. 购买者不得将购买的模型转售或转让给任何其他企业或个人。

  3. 购买者可以对模型进行进一步的训练或修改。购买者可以使用此模型作为进一步模型训练或开发的起点。但使用此模型进一步训练获得的模型不能转售或转让给任何其他企业或个人。

  4. 在使用模型和相应开源代码过程中遇到任何问题时，模型作者无义务以任何形式协助。

  5. 知识产权：模型的知识产权归作者所有。购买模型只是获得使用权，而不是所有权。

  6. 购买者不得使用模型进行任何违法活动。使用模型和相应开源代码过程中产生的任何风险均由购买者自行承担，与模型作者无关。

  7. 责任限制：在任何情况下，作者均不对因使用模型和相应开源代码而导致的任何直接、间接、特殊、偶然或后果性损害承担责任。

  8. 保密：尽管相应源代码是开源的，但购买者同意不透露购买模型的任何专有部分。

  9. 终止条款：如违反本协议的任何条款，作者保留终止购买者使用模型的权利。

  10. 适用法律和争议解决：本协议受模型作者和购买者所在国家/地区的法律管辖。与本协议有关的任何争议应通过仲裁/特定地点的法院解决。

  11. 解释权：本协议的所有条款的解释权归模型作者所有。
